- Multi-day tours: Heathrow (Hounslow TW6) and Gatwick (Horley RH6 0NP). Pickup starts 4 hours before departure.
- Private driving tours: pick-up and drop-off in Central London, within 6 miles of Charing Cross.
- Christmas meeting point: steps of St Martin-in-the-Fields. Guide holds a British flag.

- Thailand tour: English and Thai in-person; the guide is also the driver.
